What is Logotherapy?
I am currently in training under the Viktor Frankl Institute for Logotherapy. This approach to psychotherapy helps people to discover meaning in suffering. Using techniques such as dereflection, paradoxical intention and socratic dialogue we search for your authentic self. These techniques can assist those experiencing serious mental health issues and existential crises related to depression, anxiety, OCD, loss, sexual dysfunction, and intense negative experiences. Through attuning to your innate consciousness and adjusting attitudinal views, your experience of life changes as you develops new approaches, reactions, and possibilities. Logotherapy honors the depth of your human consciousness to create meaning in adverse circumstances and the ability to find motivation to overcome what today feels like an impossibility.
