Therapy is a space to slow down, reflect, and work through what’s been difficult to understand or shift on your own. It can support your relationships, your sense of self, and your overall quality of life.

To begin, I offer a brief phone consultation to learn what’s bringing you in and answer any questions. From there, we can schedule your first session. You’re welcome to call or email at your convenience. I typically return messages the same day when I’m available.

Sessions are $125 for 50 minutes and $175 for 80 minutes. I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots and try to remain flexible when possible. We can discuss this further during our initial call if needed.
